I will not go into much introduction when it comes to what this chapter of this site will be because it will be quite long and because I will start discussing the different common ailments that we have and how to cure them with herbal medicine. I hope this helps you all and we shall start then with A.

Common Ailments Herbal Medicine 1 Herbal Medicine 2 Herbal Medicine 3

Combine a tablespoon of wheat germ oil with a tablespoon of honey and apply ask a mask for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water and a soft cloth
Rosemary and Lavender Vinegar Lotion

Steep together 4 ounce of lavender flowers and on ounce of rosemary flowers. Discard the flowers after 20 days. Dilute with 8 parts of pure water and use as a cleansing lotion

Place a handful of chamomile flowers in a bowl. Pour 2 cups of boiling water, this will generate steam. Drape a towel over your head and over the bowl. It is like a steam facial, do this for 15 minutes. Remember to keep your eyes closed and wash off with a clean soft cloth.

Acute PainSt. John’s Wort Oil (Hyperticum)

Soak a handful of the flowers in 2 cups of olive oil, then gently heat. Strain out the flowers. Let cool, then apply oil topically.
Rosemary as Hungary Water

Buy an inexpensive bottle of vodka, gin or brandy. Pour 1/3 of the liquid, set aside and fill the bottle with rosemary flowers and rosemary twig if possible. Steep the water in sun for 3 days or keep it near a heat stove. Shake several times a day. Strain and use. This lotion has a slight sting, apply gently and after the skin absorbs the liquid bandage with a soft cloth.
Age SpotsLemon Juice

Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice with some rose petal water and dab on the skin with a cotton. Leave for 5 minutes and wash off the application and pat oil or moisturizer to soften and prevent drying.

Grate 2 tablespoons of horseradish into 4 tbs. of milk and simmer for 2/3 minutes. Gently apply the paste to the age spots. Allow it to dry, then gently wash it off. Apply oil or moisturizer to prevent drying.

Have a cup whenever your feel anxious. Use 1 tbs. of dried flowers for each cup of boiling water. Steep and strain. Any leftover tea can be added to your bath to boost the natural relaxing effect of warm water.

Add fresh basil leaves to salads or make anti depression tea by pouring a cup of boiling water over a tablespoon of dried basil leaves. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain out the leaves.
Lime Flower
Take several handfuls of flowers, add to a quart of water and simmer for 15 minutes. Steep until there is a rich color. Strain out the flowers, then add the tea to a warm bath.
ArthritisPotato Juice

Peel an organically grown potato and drop it in a blender with a 6 or 8 ounce glass of pure water. Drink the juice.

Each day, eat several pieces of fresh pineapple or take 4 to 6 tablets of Bromelain which is the enzyme in pineapples that lessens the pain of swelling in soft tissues.

Place a six handfuls of buttercup leaves and flowers in a quart of water. Bring to a mild boil, remove from heat, and steep. Strain out the buttercup mash, roll it in a soft cloth, and apply.

Drink lemon juice diluted with cold water every morning as soon as you wake up. Between meals, drink 1 tsp. of undiluted lemon juice
Add several cloves of garlic to the juice of processed carrots and beets and drinks.
Athlete’s FootGarlic

Peel fresh garlic and massage on the area of infection 2 a day until the area looks healthy and clean. To prevent recurrence, follow up with a twice a week garlic foot massage.
Apple Cider

Soak a cloth in apple cider vinegar, wring out and apply overnight to the foot. Repeat as often as possible.
